Xerath's last skin was more less 3 years ago

As much as I would like to complain about it Riot doesnt seem to care about Xerath anymore, his last skin was more less 3 years ago, and nowadays we have freaking Pretty Kitty Rengar or Star guardian skins on pijamas aside from this, i would like to ask, if you could create one skin of xerath what would it be about? i think there are many possibilities, mine would definitely Dark star Xerath.

Kalista got a skin back in 2016 only 3 years ago, RekSai has the least amount of skins while waiting 4 years for a new one, well outside of Ornn but he came out in 2017 which is 2 years after RekSai 's last skin. AND RekSai is actually getting some daylight and seeing play, so a skin would make sense.
