Give the previous Victorious skins to new players who achieve Gold or higher

Before you flame this thread, PLEASE READ IT ALL. As a fairly new player, I got gold in my first season. However, I've been playing a lot and I've been envying the past Victorious skins, as many others do. My suggestion is to give all of the previous Victorious skins to players who acquire gold (or higher) in future seasons.

Example, I missed S1, S2, S3, join S4, get Gold. Considering this is my first season and I still get gold, if I had joined a year ago, I would probably of gotten gold at that time as well during S3. Although I wasn't there for it, Riot has mentioned their stance on limited skins here before. As you can read, "Every day we receive heartfelt emails with compelling stories from players asking for the chance to own or gift their favorite skin, either because they missed the brief store window due to travel, illness, deployment, etc., or because they hadn’t joined the LoL community yet."

and

"We think it’s important to solve this, especially since we believe skins are primarily about self-expression and fun, not exclusivity." I believe that this fits under this category. It's not like you would be getting a free skin, you'd still have to work for it!

Why is it that simply because I had no drive to play league last year, (no friends playing at the time!) that I should never grasp that sweet Victorious Elise?

BUT WAIT! Obviously, you wouldn't get future Victorious skins without being gold in that season. However if you miss a season due to whatever reason, you could still make up for it by scoring Gold+ in the next.
