Championship Riven and Pax Sivir

I remember hearing at one point that they would make a bundle of the championship skins for 2015 or 2016(read this in a Reddit post if I remember correctly) and that they would be released at the same time period while Worlds is going on? Is there any confirmation that we will be able to see these skins again as Championship Thresh was released for a time period while Championship Shyvana was released?

Is there anyway we will be seeing Pax Sivir and Pax Jax skin codes be released as well?
