Why not? There are more male champions than female champions.
This goes to show female champions are awesome to get the honorary victorious skins!
...Kindred? Kindred is 2 spirits that are aspects of the same thing (Death). One is more feminine, and one more masculine, but Kindred is both of them together and neither is truly any gender.
