I truely believe riot has forgotten about the 3250rp we ezreal players wasted on pulse fire... With all the new ultimates HE truely lacks and could be defined as a legendary... I feel like I spend money on a skin they forgot about... It would only be just if they either refunded out cash or did right by totally investing the time in reworking him... Make him crisp, elegant and enticing... Do what's right riot.
They sort of worked hard on the skin, especially for what they were able to do at the time. New Voice, New Jokes, New Taunts, New Particle Effects/Abilities, A Skin that Upgrades with your abilities, An Icon, A Banner. It was a reasonably well-done skin and is worth its price.
What do you mean "forgotten"? They only go back to older skins if the champion is getting updates to how their model or abilities look really. The skin has a lot of work put into it, new voice stuff, model changes, they pretty much changed everything.
I think this skin definitely need a rework; for when it was done it was good. But it doesnt have the same luster at Spirit Guard Udyr or DJ Sona
