Just a interesting Idea for a Fiddle rework (doing the remaining 4 later)
So since the voting has started I'm just making a couple random reworks for the 5 champions, obviously balancing would have to be done since I'm obviously not a balance team member and my sense of balance may not be truly accurate.

P: Dread
On-Target Cooldown: 6
Innate: Abilities that deal damage to an enemy champion or monster marks them with Dread for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
Upon reaching 5 stacks, the target is feared for .5 / .75 / 1 / 1.25s
This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds.
Q: Pestilence
Cooldown: 30 / 26 / 22 / 18 / 14 Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana
Active: Grants Bonuses to the next basic ability cast within 5 seconds.

If the target breaks the tether by moving out of range, Drain ends immediately. If the target dies before the channel completes, the cooldown is reduced by its remaining duration.

Additional bounces on the same target deal 50% reduced damage to Champions and 25% to enemy Minions and Monsters..
If Dark winds has struck less than the maximum amount of times and there are no other nearby eligible targets, it may bounce to Fiddlesticks instead.

After the channel finishes Fiddlesticks gains 50% bonus movement speed that decays over 2sec
