How about let's have some CUSTOM language system? or let us add/edit by self?

Yea, Because I'm a Taiwanese (Asia / near HongKong), so we're using Traditional Chinese as our main language, but our LOL Games doesn't manage by Riot directly, we are Garena company, and Garena doesn't support OSX (I'm OSX player) system, just because they have a program for chatting (Not very much ppl using it), and it's hard to make that program be into OSX, and they DID SAY the game is fine to be into OSX, but they hope they can add that SH*T program inside together, so they stopped to edit or develop the OSX LOL 2 years ago, so I must play NA server (but I enjoying it a lot lol), and I really want to try to play Chinese version (On the text at least, don't need to include chat), but the research results are all 2, 3 years ago, then the Client changed some part, so we don't know how to edit it to Chinese, even don't know where the file is.

So.... can we have some official program to help us on edit it, and maybe shared the language from other servers (ex: NA can use Japanese but need to notice them still have to talk to others by English), or add more language of this game :)
