More gifting options

Have you guys thought about implementing being able to gift champs bought with ip? I recently got my friend playing again that hasn't played for 5 years and the amount of champs there is can be overwhelming and he doesn't have the time or money to earn all of them or the vast bulk of them. I for one have gotten everything I need to with IP and don't use it anymore, and it would be nice to be able to actually help my friends buy champs with the IP that I can't use anymore, but anyways just a thought, It would be nice to implement something like this in the future.
