that's not a smart way to balance things.
you may have 3000 kills, but if you are not focusing the objectives, you will lose. Ive had a game where my team had 60 kills they have 22, they still won cause they got drakes, barons, and towers. kills dont mean as much as everyone thinks. it helps, but what do you do with the kills? once you killed the midlaner, do you push the advantage, or do you just leave to get your items, or do you go drake, roam to top or bot to pressure that lane.... you can gank mid 50 times, but if they still end up getting the tower, something has been done wrong.
many people think it's about kills, but if it was, kills alone should win you the game. when you kill bot, check if theyre full HP. I.E. is it a tristana botlane at full HP after a kill and a forced back? rush the tower a bit, clear the next wave, B or peel for dragon depending on their respawns, and try again till the tower is gone. rotate mid to either siege or gank, get that tower. shove the wave, go for drake. etc. etc. etc.
also, if you have 30 kills but 20 cs at 40 minutes, you don't have as much gold as you think. CS is important.
and last but not least: item builds. If you have both high kills and farm, but the game is going late, and they have late game hypercarries like jinx, trist, jax, etc. why would you build damage when those champs will just wreck you instantly? you could go full ad renekton, since you haev all the kills anyway, but you can get blown up right away late game by the tristana or vayne. build according to the game.
kills mean nothing. what you do with the kills you get means everything.
