Riot has already stated that this champion is intended to be a true roaming support and he also has only one damaging spell in his entire arsenal. Try doing some research on your own instead of trying to get people to spoon feed you the answers. This is just as bad as people that refuse to read patch notes every time they are released then wondering why certain champs are no longer considered ban worthy.
