Q Music Rally: Pipes rallies allied champions in range and boosts all their stats by 5/10/15/20/25% for 3/5/7/10/15 seconds Allied champions attacks also add a stack of slow dance to attack targets
W Follow the Leader: Pipes plays a song causing minions in range to attack the target that Pipes is targeting for 3/6/10/12/15 seconds
E Power Music: Pipes music causes minions in range to be hyper charged gaining 25/40/50/75/100 attack damage and 10/15/20/25/40 armor 3/6/10/12/15 seconds Minions’ auto attacks also deal stacks of slow dance to enemy champions (1 per minion) also powers pipes auto attacks up by 25/40/50/75/100
R Pipe Power Pipes throws his flute dealing 1000/150/300(+60% ability power)(+50/100/150 per abilities active) and reduces all enemies hit stats’ by 25/40/65% for 5/8/11 seconds Pipes flute also deals 3/6/10 stacks of slow dance to hit champions
Lore Born in Piltover Pipes was raised listening to a variety of noises, but there was one distinct noise that Pipes loved the most: flute music. As a boy Pipes attended a Penta-Kill and heard as song involving flute music and loved the flute. The next day Pipes bought a flute and began to play wonderful music. People from all over Piltover went to hear Pipes play his flute, and with all this business he made quite a lot of money. One day after buying a new flute Pipes returned to his home only to discover that his house hade been robbed. The only clue left behind was a card with a “C” on it. Pipes vowed that day that he fined the thief that stole all of his possessions including his favorite flute: a flute signed by all members of Penta-Kill. In his rage pipes played a loud shrill note on his new flute causing everyone on his block pain. Little did Pipes know, but he had just bought a magical flute with the ability to convey the users feelings into the music and causing things to happen based on his emotions. Pipes used this power to find the thief by turning his fans into scouts until they came across Twisted Fates hideout. Pipes let all his fans go and proceeded to fight Twisted Fate with his magic music, after a multi hour fight Pipes was a about to win when Twisted Fate teleported a way leaving again only a card with a “C” on it. Now as he knows whom he hunts for Pipes has joined Caitlyn and Vi to clean up Piltover while simultaneously searching for Twisted Fate. When the league asked Pipes to join he was all to eager to accept when he found out that Twisted Fate was also a member of the leaugue. Hoping for revenge Pipes puts hiss music to use on the fields of justice Friends: Caitlyn, Vi. Rivals: Twisted Fate.
