OK in lore he said he devours everything and that he eats to learn all in the void He is suppose to be a special Attack speed carry and this forces him to build a lot of attack speed as intended

this idea we keep the idea and play around it In his lore "Kog'Maw consumed every nomad and any obstacles they put in his way, amounting to many times his own mass and volume. The most composed of his victims may have had time to wonder if this was due to the caustic enzymes which stung the ground as they dripped from his gaping mouth, although such musings were abruptly concluded. So he eats and eats In the game we have Rage/fury/energy/mana We can give kogmaw Hunger ( stacks up to %/% ) In the kit we can give it Range Stacking Or hunger stacking

imagine every time he autos he eats a little off them then after 100 "eats" he can cast him ult from that range / or give it extra damage

-Example-- Passive- When dies his left over hunger can increase him passive explosion size, so the more he eats to bigger he explodes on death -Example-- E is so useless only slows , its him vomiting and slowing them at 100 stacks it can make the slow stronger / bigger range / more damage/ -Example-- Q is armor/magic reset shread - make it where if he lands it he eats more off them because of acid making him stronger if he lands the Q -Example-- W can stay normal -Example-- R is him spitting so maybe instead of his ult increasing range every levels up it can ult farther and farther more he eats. -( this is a test theory it might be to sleeper not know kogmaw ult range or anything because of it)

HE IS ALWAYS HUNGRY Fits with his idea of always eating still hyper carry because the hunger stat only effect range and slows and sizes of abilitys maybe RIOT DID TRY TO MAKE HIM A "SPECIAL" ATTACK SPEED CARRY, so this fits it to.

just right now he doesn't feel like the devourer of everything , doesn't really fit lore

i can keep going with this idea i like it alot and i can practice with scaling and balance issues

You may have overlooked this in the lore: "This particular Void-spawn needs to gnaw and drool on anything within reach to truly understand it. Though not inherently evil, Kog'Maw's beguiling naiveté is dangerous, as it often precedes a feeding frenzy—not for sustenance, but to satisfy its unending curiosity."

Also, you underestimate Kog'maw's E too much. It actually is very helpful toward maximizing his DPS. His E is a 1280 range specialized slow with the same (or more) strength of Frozen Mallet that constantly reapplies as long as they remain in the area. This allows him to easily land a lot more W empowered auto attacks and Rs on his enemies. Upon release, Kog'maw's E was 8% stronger at all levels, but it was nerfed in patch V1.0.0.139 for being a little too obnoxious.
