To Add Masterie 8 Champions

What do you think about adding a Masterie 8 for champions. I thought about few rules that we have to respect to get this masterie 8. First, I would say that Masterie 7 is really easy to get, and we can't define if the player is as much good as the masterie seems. I mean, to get 3 S is just given to everyone and it doesn't show the player's skill. Adding a last masterie which will be hard to get could be a new objective, like the honor 5 etc..

Criteria to be met are :

• 200K points of masteries minimum on the champion to start getting masterie 8 tokens.
• Each S+ gives you a masterie 8 token (Or each S gives you 1 masterie token fragment and you need 3 fragments to get 1 token?)
• You need : 5 masterie 8 token + 1 gem + 10K Blue Essence to craft it

What do you think of it? I have this picture, I thought more about green but red is maybe better?
