Kite Flyer Nami

I thought this would be a nice skin. Nami gets legs instead of a big tail, to shake things up. She'd be holding a string to a koi fish ( or other fish) kite instead of her staff. Ebb and Flow could be the koi traveling bewteen people. Aqua Prison could be a windy entrapment. Think similar to Janna's shield. Perhaps it would even havea Koi kite flying in circles around it. Tidecaller's Blessing The person's orbs could be Koi, or just windy like Aqua Prison. Tidal Wave could be like a giant gust of wind, with her kites flying on it.

I suggest this because I love Nami and I figured it would change Nami's skin selection, instead of it being just some different coloured mermaids.
