Pool Party Ekko

What do you guys think of this, Pool Party Ekko. His weapon could be a noodle and have water effects for his passive. His q could be some pool toy like a Frisbee and his W (Stun) could be one of those baby pools. I know this is crazy to bring up since rito is probably not gonna make another ekko skin with the project one that just got released.

Ekko would be better with an inflatable sword like draven instead of a pool noodle.
