Zed Chroma Pack?

The release of the Zed Chroma Pack was scheduled for patch 5.13, it is 5.15 and still no Chroma Pack. Riot hasn't released a permanent Zed skin since Shockblade Zed (SKT T1 being available only for a limited time) He is a very popular champion and Riot isn't giving him enough credit. Does anyone know when the Chroma Pack and/or new skin for Zed is being released?

As a Zed fan, I'm really bummed out. I hope they release a new skin and also the chroma pack

zed is getting buffed, I think we can expect a brand new zed skin soon !
