New Champ With A hook

i think that there should be a new champ with a hook because we have champs with flashes Ez,kassadin,trist,fizz,etc.. and theres fiora with an underpowered thresh hook and i believe that there should be a new champ with a hook but not for just the bot lane (i know nautilus can be played other lanes but still) but one that runs either hybrid or fully ad because it gets kinda boring just having a hook but no scalings in your moves other than basic attacks to back it up thoughts?
