Hello Nathan and everyone who might read this :)

I'm presenting to you an Udyr rework idea which has been around for a long time. It basically brings the Dota 2 Invoker into League of Legends. I'll just write down the basic idea and possible Stance combos. I think the Dev Team is better suited for the numbers and balance so I dont provide any.

**[P] New Passive "Udyrs Spirit": **

At the start of the game Udyr decides what he will use as a primary damage stance.

  • Choosing Tiger Stance: Udyr’s base AD is increased by X → Y (levels 1-18)

  • Choosing Phoenix Stance: Udyr’s base HP is increased by X → Y (levels 1-18)

[R] New Ultimate "Merging Spirits"

Upon activation Udyr will combine the power of the last two stances, which he used, to gain a bonus effect.

  • QQR → Damage based on enemy max hp
  • WWR → Damage reduction
  • EER → Small Dash
  • WQR → Steals a percent of enemys max hp
  • EQR → Grounded effect
  • QWR → Shield breaker
  • EWR → Slow reduction
  • QER → "True reveals" nearest enemy to Udyr in a certain range (250 [double Udyrs attack range])
  • WER → Tenacity

This is just some quick ideas me and a few Udyr players worked out after seeing the tweet made by Nathan. Would love some discussion about this.

This is similar to a Sona idea I had that actually involved playing songs in game with her q w e abilities to achieve different aura effects or passive auto effects. Its complex so I doubt they'll do it to a simple champ like sona/ udyr, but it's interesting nonetheless.

I like some of those but other are just too good... Also this one lacks the AOE from phoenix stance tbh

Ive had several ideas similar to this; Sona with her powerchords doing different effects, a ninja who does different hand seals before a jutsu like ability, and some others. This idea, however, is brilliant. You keep almost everything abour Udyr (except his current passive), while adding deeper meaning to his choices in teamfights and ganks. The only thing I would ask is if it would be possible to change between Tiger and Phoenix. You can't always predict what your team will need later in the game. Great idea!
