New Champion

Ok, so I have an idea for a League champion, so she is a Noxian support. Her abilities are P. If (N) is in a connected ally is hit CC and she is not then she takes the CC instead. Q. (N) sweeps her Claymore in a arc and anyone in the hitbox after 0.5 seconds then they get slowed. W.(N) becomes slowed but blocks all incoming auto attacks E. (N) becomes unmovable and rooted for 2.5 seconds and blocks all attacks that would otherwise go through her (Example: Neeko uses her E instead of going through her its stops on her). R. (N) Suppresses an enemy for 1.5 after the suppression then (N) does a burst of damage and a short knockback.

She wealds a claymore and she is called the bladed shield.
