Barrett The Puppet Master
Lore: Barrett was born and raised in Bilgewater by is two "loving" parents, His father Morgan & his mother Jain. At a Young age Barrett became obsessed with the art of marionettes and there capability to tell story's. Barrett and his mother lived in poverty with his abusive drunk father. unable to provide for them self's they were forced to stay with Morgan. Hopping to make some spare money Barrett started creating his own puppet's and preforming his own shows. Around this time Barrett's mother became deathly ill and most of the money his was making went to help his mother. unable to feel the love and support of his mother and father he made replica marionettes to take there place and talk to when he was feeling down. one night Morgan busted into the cottage yelling slobbery drunk "pack your shit we are going!" After packing Barrett helped his mom get situated on the ship they were leaving in, His father not telling them were they were going they were left to wonder. about four hours into there trip, Jain reached over and grabbed Barrett's shoulder who just finished carving his own face into the puppet replica of his father. "take me to see the ocean" she begged him. When they made it on deck they stared into the water. You could tell both daydreaming about a better life "I love you mom" said Barrett. She looked back at him eyes widened as she shoved Barrett onto the ground. What appeared to be a spiritual Centaur jumped on board and rammed his spear threw the captions chest. A black mist filled the air around them, Spirits flew around the boat. His father stumbled on deck "WHAT THE FU..." he fell silent, dead on the floor. The spirits grabbed Barrett's mother and flew her away. The boat crashed sending Barrett flying. He landed on the the ground, the island looking as if something evil had taken over it. He heard his mother scream in the distance he stood up and ran after the distant cry's for help... He stopped, a tear rolling down his face... He walked closer to his mother who lied dead on the ground. He fell becide her. "WHY?! WHY?!" he cried in agony. His mothers eyes open glowing a blue green color, possessed by the evil in the woods. She grabbed him, Sucking his soul from his body. They both fall.. hand in hand they died. Barrett's spirit left his body but was reborn in the light of the shadow isles. filled with grief and hate he made a life sized puppet replica of himself for his soul to inhabit. He then makes a life sized replica puppet of his mother. Every year during the black mist they come back for revenge on all who act like his father.

Barrett Modal: Something like kindred, Barrett & Jain run around together like lamb and wolf, But all of Barrett's ability's revolve around using his puppet mother.
