Saphira - Daughter of The Shadows
So this is my first time doing one of these, but since I started playing league during season 5 I've been trying to think of something I haven't seen before. I essentially have two ideas, but the other one will be in a totally separate post.
Saphira is primarily a mid-lane AP Mage. She works a bit like nidalee in the sense of her R which she has from the beginning.
Her R activates back and forth between use of her Ball, or her claws. She has both. Depending on which is activated, that determines what Q, W, and E abilities are and what they do. It gives her the abilities to either be ranged semi burst or melee.
Ball Form
Auto Attack works like Ahri, the ball moves the same.
Q - Sundering Blow When Q is activated, the ball is thrown by Saphira onto the target dealing massive amounts of damage to the target.
W - Lasso When W is activated, Saphira swirls the ball around above her head rapidly before swinging it at her target, if the ball connects with more than one target as it swings out they are stunned.
E - Shield When E is activated, Saphira pulls her orb onto herself as protection, lasting for a few seconds before untargeting herself (this can also be used on an ally.) Think...orianna shield.
R- Swap
Claws Form
Auto Attacks are dealt with on a more close range basis, swiping at minions or targets with her long, razor-like claws.
Q - Cat Scratch When Q is activated, Saphira leaps at her target and swipes her claws out at the target dealing magic damage.
W - Rapid Swipe When W is activated, Saphira attacks her target(s) quickly, scratching rapidly at her target(s) dealing magic damage with each swipe.
E - Stun
When E is activated, Saphira leaps and attacks her target dealing magic damage, with a bit of poison damage as well (sort of like a teemo 
shroom) which stuns the target in place for a few seconds.
it's just an idea though. I played soul caliber before and I liked the idea of Viola and I think it'd be cool to have a champion who could be played two different ways. It's like a combination of Ahri, Nidalee, Teemo and Orianna.
Basically, she'd look like this.. but maybe with more clothes because kids. lol. clicky
