There is a good chance that the PAX skins will never come to the store because of a contractual agreement that Riot has. The skins were exclusive for PAX attendees only. Riot's **Udyr **commented in a reddit post about it here. This is what he said:
Contractually, those skins were exclusives for PAX (if I remember correctly, don't quote me, not a lawyer, etc etc) and I don't believe that we could bring them back even if we wanted. We don't have plans to try and bring them back.
This information may be incorrect though!
It's possible he might be wrong as he stated. However, there was no followup so we don't know forsure. I would say it is unlikely though.
UFO Corki may very well come back at some point, I am not aware of anything that would restrict it. But who knows.
