1v1 lan dueling.

Um.. So hey fellow summoners, recently I have contacted the help team about a 1v1 lan dueling in League. And they had suggested to me that I post this concept to the boards since they are not able to directly contact the developers. 1v1 lan dueling is basically you are 1v1 someone using lan connection. Recently I was unfortunately cut off from internet, along with my brother. I know a lot of people had asked for offline league with bots and etc. However, my suggestion is different. I have heard that most of the files need for league is already stored on computer, and I believe it would take only few scripts to make the computer "self-run" the minions and send information over lan. I know league is more complicated than most people think, because I'm an beginner programmer myself. Reason why I'm only asking for 1v1 without bots is that I believe that there are certain specialized scripts for certain champs and it would take too much ram and to much storage space. I know 1v1 is posible because games such as Starcraft runs fine with my older brother connected to me with lan and with 4 computer ran bases.
