They announced after they did Traditional Trundle and Karma, (and i don't remember if there was another) that they would not be releasing anymore traditional skins
As to the topic at hand, I actually like the skin colors, the only thing i would change is darken her hair a little.
Traditional Evelynn should've been a thing RIOT got lazy with the thought of that happening and i guess didn't even think about it
