New Ban System

I thought about it, and I would like to share my idea. A new system of ban which includes all kinds of behaviors and which therefore happens to the abolition of the permanent ban but not totally: Example: When a person is supposed to be banished for flame, toxic or cheat program, that if only sees itself take a ban of 2 Months. When these 2 Months will have passed, if the person starts to do something again, and is done again, then it will not be 2 Months but 4 Months. And each time it increases: 6-8-10-12. If the person reaches his maximum of ban (12 months) and it starts again a thing that deserves a ban, then, only there, this person can be ban in permanent. This system will only be beneficial for you I think because if the person finds his account at a given time, this will prevent the person going to try to buy a new account already up and have chances of finally being Rip off. I am aware that the people who have been banking permanently are that they have made a mistake and they deserve it. Now sometimes, some people who regain their permanent ban account, will not want to have to start all over again. And there comes the choice to take the risk of buying an account and get ripped off or quit and leave the game without wanting to redo another account. If new ban system is established, this will prevent Riot Game from ending up with players less on their game which can have certain consequences including financial and advertising.

I dont see how this would help in the long run. First off how long will it take them to actually be caught to finally get punished? I only ask because this seems to only focus on the actual punishment, and not what/how the punishment is caused which i feel is what really needs to improve. Giving them this much chances is just too abusive. Not only that im sure just like how it is now people will just end up making/buying new accounts if not more frequently if the first punishment is something severe as a 2 month ban.
