(SKIN CONCEPT) Zilean Skin, The Doctor

I think that this would be a really cool idea to do if Riot could get with BBC and try to create a Zilean skin where it looks like he is The Doctor from Doctor Who. His ultimate (revive) ability would (when used on himself) change his skin into another version of the Doctor and he would have an animation for his ult that looks like he is regenerating like he does in the show (pictures below show what I'm talking about if you haven't seen the show). Also when he recalls his Tardis should appear and he would walk in and fly or fade away back to base. This skin would go with Zilean the best since they both are time lords. I think this would be really cool to see in game and would be a great way to promote both League of Legends and Doctor Who. I think that many people would buy this skin right when it came out, at least I know I would =P.
