Who am I kidding. Just buff Bard, mobility-wise, so that I can collect more chimes. Maybe a 15 base MS buff from 330 to 345? Longer, decaying MS boost from chimes? More chimes that are closer? If we get rid of some of the jungle camps, we could have more room for chimes guys. Just saying.
