It's a custom skin. Someone outside the game created it and put it into the game files. You can google custom skins right now if you want too, what they do is replace a certain skin only for you, so when you see that skin, even on the different player, it is replaced with the one you downloaded.

Usually they're base skins, so if you replaced base TF with a Michael Jackson skin, every single time you say somebody using said skin, to YOU and YOU alone, it would look like a Michael Jackson skin.

Im very aware that its a custom skin, but people almost exclusively post custom skins here in hopes they be made into actual skins, thats why i said we don't need anymore TF skins since he just got like 2 in 2 months. I like how you're trying to explain it to me though as if I actually didnt know what a custom skin is :')

That's because it seems as though you don't... No where does the OP say anything about wanting this to me made into a skin. He just thinks it's cool and is sharing his opinion on it. You commented as if this was exclusively posted in order to be made into a real skin.

Last I checked TFs latest skin besides his new Cutpurse was Red Card TF, which came out over a year ago, and was a measly 720 rp skin, just like this one.

Yep, and the majority of them were made 4-5 years ago. I'm not even exaggerating.

They're all overpriced, lacking in terms of quality, and OLD. Some of them are fairly similar (like 3 or 4 of them are reddish in color)
