Evelynn Rework-Gameplay only.

So after the years, Riot has released, nerfed, buffed, and reworked Evelynn. She currently has this ambigious lore: She's hinted to be from the Shadow Isles, but not really. "The Widowmaker." Excluding Twisted Fate, even her title does not actually fit her character. What is she?

Is she an Assasin? A AD or AP Bruiser? An agile kiting mage?

Thus, I went on ahead and reimagined her as an Assassin-like champion. A mid lane or jungle type champion. A character with origins relating to the Shadow Isles (Haven't done lore yet though.) Her main focus would be to hide within her stealth, waiting for the right time to single out and assassinate single-targets with her ultimate enhanced attacks. Here, her stealth is stronger (but will still notify enemy champs), her Q is weaker on non-champions and is now a skillshot, her W is slightly changed, E is now an auto-attack modifier, and her ultimate now deals the majority of her damage. So she's this kind of nimble-assasin who isn't going to one-shot you like a LeBlanc would, but she would deal magic damage with her attacks.

Evelynn, The Shadow’s Assailant Passive: Shadow Walk Evelynn is permanently in stealth, and can only be seen by pink wards and towers. Being within 850 range of an enemy will alert them (Think Rengar exclamation mark), but will not reveal Evelynn. If she takes damage while stealthed (From an AOE ability, let’s say Teemo shroom or random Talon Rake), she will be revealed, placing Shadow Walk under a 6 second static cooldown. Attacking or casting abilities will reveal her anyways, resetting the cooldown to 6 seconds. [Q: What about Sunfire Cape? A: Sunfire has a 400 range. Work that out for yourself. She will only be revealed if she sneaks too close to a Sunfire champion, taking that AOE damage in the process. Also, she could theoretically build Sunfire and just burn down minion waves. Would be funny]

Q-Shards of Malice Range: 225 Mana Cost: 15/20/25/30/35 mana Cooldown: 2.5 Static Evelynn sends out a piercing spike of her malice in a target direction, dealing (15/30/45/60/75 +20% AP) magic damage to all units hit, and double the damage to enemy champions. Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Shards of Malice by 1 second, and not more than that.

W-Dark Flight No Cost Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Evelynn breaks free from all slowing effects, gaining a (+20/30/40/50/60%) movement speed boost for 1.5 (+1 second for every 200% AP) seconds. In addition, her basic attacks during the next 4 seconds grant her 1 second of (+10/15/20/25/30 flat movement speed) which does not stack but refreshes.

E-Sinful Strike Cost: 60/50/40/30/20 mana Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds Evelynn enhances her next auto-attack, causing her to strike twice on her next basic attack, dealing reduced physical damage (at first anyways) but applying on-hit effects twice as normal. She cannot reduce Shards of Malice’s cooldown by more than 1 second. Damage: (120/140/160/180/200% AD)

R-Hubris Cooldown: 80 seconds at all ranks Mana Cost: 75 mana Passive: Evelynn deals 50/85/120 (+30 AP%) magic damage on-hit. Active: Evelynn achieves true stealth for the next 1.5/2/2.5 seconds. She will not be revealed under any circumstances (You can attack and cast abilities), but will still take damage as normal (From AOE or such. Notably, towers won’t target you)

Numbers are not final, and I as this is the first champion idea I have, I would love some feedback on these changes I dearly wish would go live. I love Evelynn but don't think she fits her role (cough old sion cough) properly.
