Jhin skin idea

So I love to play Jhin. He is by far my favorite of the adcs to play when it comes to a serious game and I feel the most comfortable playing him. I started to think, "wow I really want to have a skin for him, but I don't personally like the high noon Jhin skin." So I started to think of a way to figure out what a cool skin concept for Jhin could be since out of the choice of skins I had for him was either classic or high noon. And I got to thinking about if he had shared the artic ops theme with varus and kennen, to the likes of which I also own both those skins. But I thought it would be cool to give him that skin because you can change some of the particles he has to blue and white, his dancing grenade can be like the ones that come up for varus's W, his face mask can look like varus's and he can still be a sniper with a suit that kind of resembles someone who would stake out in the snow for long periods of time. I also really love the snow and Christmas themed things so I'm somewhat baised towards this, but I didn't know who to tell or how to contact anyone that could really do something with the idea so I'm writing it on here. I've just been really itching for a new Jhin skin and I loved snow themed things so this is what I thought up.
