Why are there no skins for Twitch?

Why are there no skins for Twitch? He only has two available to buy and in my opinion they are both bad, they don't really change much and are low quality compared to all the new skins that are coming out. I think there is a ton of opportunity for some sweet skins on him, like an Omega squad skin for example. It contrasts his design and both skins and seeing a super professional rat running around killing people would be awesome. Almost all skins go well with him and he's getting a little more popular and he's in a very big need of one. Riot has kind of ignored him for awhile, even though hes not very good compared to all other adcs pretty much and thats pretty sad because imo hes an amazing hero with great design and alot of room for improvement.
