Replacing leavers in-game?

Hi, First of all i want apologize for my english, i hope you will understand.

When player is disconnected, other player(in lobby) can replace him. Disconnected player cant join back(limit for rejoining max 5-8minutes?). Player(2) who replaced him, will get better reward. For example: I can choose in special menu replace type: Ranked, normal, aram or all. System will join me into game where 1 player missing and giving me his champion, items and everything. I can play instead leaver and get (maybe?) 1.5x-2x more rewards for win or lose. 180ip instead 90ip(for example). Players in game who lost 1 player can vote for temporary pause game(and wait for someone to join). There can be many variants, but this is my basic idea. Apologizing again for my english :) Good luck

This isn't Overwatch. You're asking to have a player who joined queue to have a good game, only to be replaced with an AFK whose game has losing teamkill of 2 vs 50 & has to play along til a minimum of 15 or 20 minutes.

At least remakes can keep the game status as neutral as possible without anyone having a shitty time dealing with fed carries & such. Nothing time-wasting about that, except idiotic high school students who chose to queue up 10 minutes before he needs to leave for class.

Impossible.

Let's say the afk (player A) was playing Irelia. The substitute player (B) don't have to know how to play her or even how to play A's role. If you can select in lobby for what role and/or champ you want to substitute the queue time will be hours. The ony way would be option to change to new champ, but what if A return? Can he switch back? What if he afk again? Can C select 3rd champ?

What about gold? A have too little gold compared to his teammates due to being afk. B can't buy items.

Let's talk rewards. While A was afk it put team in disadvantage. They were playing 4v5 for some time and are probably behind in time B comes. Is B punished when that team lose? If yes, who would want to risk?

Pause? Can't do. Why punish enemy team, wasting time when they didn't do anything? Why 4 players would have such option to pause game for 9 people?

Sorry if sound harsh, I know you want to improve game but this one is very tricky. I'm sure Riot is thinking about solution but they can't deal with problem I wrote, and probably some more I didn't think about.
