Ill keep this brief. Radley, The Glitch(or the glitch in the system) Roles: Any build Radley builds

Passive, Hacker: Every 3rd ability that hits Radley is hacked back to the owner of the skill cast, dealing all damage and effects from that skill to the caster, when this is ready to activate Radley's screen becomes encrypted with code and Radley will glow Turquoise.

Q,: I like this color!: Radley changes all types of damage he deals to the opposite type of damage, ex: AP to AD, AD to AP.

W: NO SKILL NAME: Radley hacks one of the enemy champions making one of their skills randomly hacked and unusable, the hacked skill reads NO SKILL NAME ---Hacker :The hacked skill duration is increased from 1.25 seconds to 2.5 seconds and the hacked skill is guaranteed to be the ultimate ability.

E: Glitches: while active every attack 3 seconds after not attacking will teleport Radley to the enemy champion, stun them, and knock them to Radleys original position, (Last 12 seconds) cool-downs by 5 seconds if hacker deals damage

R: Master Hacker/Uncontrollable glitches:If cast on himself Radley glitches sporadically to enemy champions and every time he attacks hacker is avalible to use, but it deals 50 reduced damage any effects are doubled against the enemy -if cast on an enemy their screen blacksout for.5 seconds and then comes back on with hacked on their screen and attempting to counter hack and this last for 5 seconds and all item stats that they have (including health) are ignored for 2 seconds
