My TF2 Scout Inspired League Champ

He would give bitch ass Kass a run for his money! Basically an ADC Roamer.. His base no boots movement speed would be the same as if he had Boots of Mobility on. His W would be double jump with a super low CD. His Q would be Double Shot with knock back (Force of Nature).. his E would be Sand Man Baseball bat.. low CD like Eves Hate Spikes.. but its a melee move.. With a CD on the baseball stunning an enemy at range.. So E is melee.. but every 5-10 sec he can use E to shoot a ball at decent range that stuns. And his ult would be Crit-A-Cola.. 5 or so sec of crits... or mini crits if strait critting is too OP. His passive would be when he is going to take fatal damage, it triggers Bonk drink and he is immune to all dmg.. He can move but cant use any abilities other than his double jump. This passive would have some sort of CD.. like Atrox.
