Never too many skins

I was wondering if there could be a special summoner icon or something like that for having so many skins, or spending so much money on league, I currently have over 500 skins and so I was just curious if this would be possible, I think it would be a cool edition and make the people that get a lot more of the skins and spend money on league more noticible and also most will likely spend more to get it
