Lore: Isla used to be a very well know harpoonist in Bilgewater but after a few un eventfull days aboard her ship all of her crew mates mysteriously dissapeared leaving only Isla and the blood on her harpoon. After this day Isla roams Bilgewater killing anyone on the bounty board to gain money and to increasse her own bounty. One night Isla had cut a deal with one of the higher bounties that if he could mod her harpoon in 3 days he could live. After the 3 days Isla came back to find that to great succsess he had complety this task by adding bombs to the gun. Isla looked at it impressed and begun to walk out the door when the man asked "how about some payment?" Isla disguessed at this turned around and said "Illl use your bounties money." and pulled th trigger on her new beloved gun. To this day Isla is still not welcome aboard any ships at these docks but is still treated as a queen out of fear.

Q Harpoon: Isla shoots her harpoon dealing 30-300 (+15 per level) and brings the hit minion, monster or champion to her location rooting them for 1 second

W Bombs Away: Isla uses her harpoon to shoot a bomb to a location of her choice (over minoins, monster and champions) dealing 40-475 (+24.1 per level)

E No Escape: Isla uses her bombs to slow a target by 100 movement speed.

R Mine Traps: Isla places 5 bombs into the ground that when an enemy champion steps on explodes dealing 400-900 damage (+166.6)
