Just want to make a character :3

[slayer-pantheon-thumbs] OK the character i would like to have in game will be: **Triago The Sly Trickster **

Passive: While in bushes he can become invisible to anyone who comes into the bushes with him if he has been in there for more than 3 seconds. (its a good idea but maybe y'all can help out with the passive and spells)

Q Ability: A large swing with his Katana that deal 60 damage and can silence chosen enemy and take 1.2% of mana. (the range can be changed if you like)

W Ability: Jumps towards the enemy and deal 60 damage with a battle cry that stuns the enemy for 1 second.

E Ability: Fires a old fashion pistol that does 2.3% damage.(based on player Rage)

R Ability: His sword becomes Enchanted with Poison and can deal 120 damage and 20 hp per second.

Hp:600 at start Rage:150 speed: 370 attack speed 0.70 (everything you guys can change I am just throwing in ideas)
