Swain POOL PARTY SWAIN I've been thinking about this skin for a while and never knew if it was a thing because i don't play this champion. But i think that riot should put this skin in the game the next time the pool party skins come back. Swain would be wearing a sorta one piece swimsuit as his main piece of clothing and have like floaties on his arms and a seagull in place of the raven. Also his cane is a pool noodle.

Q -Decrepify Swain sets his Seagull to cripple an enemy. Over the next 3 seconds, the target is damaged and slowed. ( the cripple line is a lane rope or water)

W - Nevermove Swain marks a target area. After a short delay, mighty talons grab hold of enemy units, dealing damage and rooting them. (the root is inner tubes)

E - Torment Swain afflicts his target, dealing damage to them over time and causing them to take increased damage from Swain. ( it's a beach ball and instead of ravens its seagulls )

R - Ravenous Flock Swain inspires dread in his enemies by temporarily taking the form of a seagull. During this time seagulls strike out at up to 3 nearby enemies. Each seagull deals damage and heals Swain for half of the damage dealt. Toggle: Swain transforms into the form of a seagull. During this time, up to 3 lesser seagulls strike out at nearby enemies each second, prioritizing champions. Each seagull deals 50/70/90 (+20% Ability Power) magic damage and heals Swain for 75% of the damage dealt against champions, and 25% against minions. The cost to sustain Ravenous Flock increases by 5/6/7 Mana each second. (As the idea says swain turns into a seagull while in this form and the ravens that damage the enemy are seagulls instead)

Hope this skin idea does good ^-^.......(hope its not a thing)

Seagulls live by the sea.

Pools are chlorinated water. Unless you have a pool by the sea, I suppose. Not everyone has that though.
