Riot should make an Exchange Forum In-Client

It has happened to me a lot of times, that I want a specific skin but 'am Broke af and cannot purchase it. My only source of income is Hextech Loot, which often gives me Champ Shards. I get really less OE from these hextech chests, and often have to disenchant some really cool Skin shards to get cooler ones, but still I am never able to get the Skin Shard I WANT.

One thing that really bugs me is that friends of mine have various Skin that I WANT, and I have many skin shards THEY WANT. (eg: I wanted PROJECT Katarina from my friend, and he really wanted my Demonblade Trynd). It has happened to me quite often, sometimes it makes me summoner 4 .

What I think is that there should be Exchange Market kind of tab within league where PLAYERS are the consumers and sellers. One would post that he/she is willing to trade this-skin if the interested party has that-skin. I think it would really boost the satisfaction of LoL Players, but meh, whose gonna listen to me lol.

Riot's never going to make an "Exchange" tab in the client. We get enough of free shit already, be it from specific event missions, "My Shop", constant monthly discounts in the store, Hextech crafting, Victorious skin lines, etc.

So what you're saying to me is that you want to exchange the skins shards for the specific skins you want from other players, while their (and your) skin shard earnings come primarily from free loot you're already getting? How does that work for Riot exactly? That's basically creating a "free currency" market where players can just trade with other players and can avoid Riot Points in most cases.

That's a huge loss of revenue and something that would undermine Riot's microtransactions store by a huge margin. Everything that comes for free from Riot is coming out of their pockets so if they want to make sure they can be as fair as possible (for true F2P players), it has to come in such a way that Riot doesn't ruin their business model by giving away way too much free stuff.

Well it would cost Riot a ton of money. They would loose so many potential sales.
