New champion idea: Gale Eye of the Storm

I was thinking of a new champion called Gale, a champion who uses wind. I was thinking he would have a humanly figure but be made out of wind.

*Ability Names still in progress. Gales Passive ability is Dying wind, when Gale dies he makes a circle of wind slowing the enemy champions for 3 seconds and after the 3 seconds if they are still in the the area they get snared for 1 second.

Gales Q ability is called Wind rush, Gale pushes the enemies in it to which ever direction he wants them too and if they hit terrain they get stunned for 2 seconds.

Gales W ability is called Wind Cutter, Gale makes a circle of wind hitting enemies in it it 3 times.

Gales E ability is called Gust, Gale does a mid range dash also giving him extra AP for a 5 seconds.

Gales Ultimate is called Eye of the Storm. Gale creates four tornadoes cycling around him dealing damage to enemies and knocking them up for 1.25 seconds. Whenever an enemy gets hit by a tornado the tornado disappears
