We need a new Vladimir skin

Everyone has forgotten Vladimir has existed, right now he is in a meh state but today I'm here to say that VLADIMIR NEEDS A NEW SKIN!!!! He hasn't gotten one since academy Vladimir, and there are some champions in this game which have gotten 3 or even 4 skins. So show some love to Vladimir and pull out a new skin for him, I personally think you guys at riot games should seriously consider making a pool party Vladimir, making it with particle effects and everything, but the main idea here is we Vladimir players need a new Vladimir skin.

Problem is there are too many champions that get ignored, and in spite of Vlad's situation, doesn't he have a legendary, among other skins? Meanwhile I'm waiting for a legendary on Annie, and an additional skin for illaoi. Not to mention the many others still stuck with just their one skin they get upon release.

Annie in Wonderland unfortunately is not worth the market price it's set for, due to the clear standard Riot has made to define the difference between the rankings of skin. By design it is unique, but with no particle effect changes, voice overs, etc, it's as interesting as any other standard skin can be. Her most unique is Panda Tibbers in terms of what can be obtained by standard means, second being Hextech. Though again, both are very interesting skins with some particle effect adjustments, but neither are actually Legendary or Ultimate skins.

Annie has one legendary, Annie in Wonderland and it is NOT worth the legendary price as it is an OG Legendary skin and thus only changes the model. New legendaries change the model, the effect, the voice, the animations, everything really.
