Turning unused skins into crafting dust or some other Hextech thing.

I have skins that I do not EVER use. I am the type of person who prefers everything to serve some purpose, and they do not. We may be allowed only 3 monetary refunds, but this is quite different a suggestion and would not require the transfer of funds. I am also okay with getting less "Hextech Item" than the Skin is worth.

I also okay with being able to reroll 3 skin permanents into a random skin.

I hope this idea receives some form of consideration. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
