Skin Trading?

Hi, first or second post here, but just wondering, has there ever been the idea of skins being tradable? I think it would be a great concept to be implemented. It would be useful for someone that has multiple skins for one champ they don't need (via Mystery Gift), or a skin they have just grown tired of, and would trade it off for another skin for the same champ or a completely different champ. Sorry if this is the wrong board to post this in, like I said, I don't post often, also sorry if there is another topic on this. But any thoughts?

I think this is a great idea because I have a couple skins for champions I don't play often so I really think it would be a good idea thanks for the suggestion.

This would be really excellent- I once gifted myself a Mystery Skin and got something I *really *didn't want, and when I sent a ticket to Riot, they told me they'd be unable to remove the skin or refund the RP for the Mystery Gift itself. Being able to give it to someone else would be a great feature, and they wouldn't lose any money by implementing something like it.
