Season Change Player Rewards

We all know how players receive some gifts in the end of the season depending on their division, right? Well, I was thinking about receiving some extra stuff. How about receiving RP and IP depending on the division? For instance: **Bronze - 50 RP + 500 IP Silver - 100 RP + 1000 IP Gold - 300 RP + 1500 IP Platinum - 500 RP + 2500 IP Diamond - 700 RP + 3500 IP Master - 900 RP + 5000 IP Challenger - 1100 RP + 8000 IP **

Does that sound like a good idea, or will it be too much?

I mean it would be.but I think the IP might be too much for the higher ranks.majority of the time those high rank probably have a huge list of champions, this rendering getting IP useless in most cases. Whereas it would be better to give it to the lower levels to try and improve their champion pool! But that wouldn't be right as well.
