Chromatic/Rainbow Taric

Imagine it everyone, and revel in the glory that is a rainbow Taric. Walking around bot lane with a Gem Knight radiating a fluctuating rainbow shield. or dazzling you with a literal rainbow. His Shatter could popped shards of different colors in ever direction, or his spells could all be different color. Personally i'd throw my wallet directly into riots pocket jfor the opportunity to have that skin. It'd be all i need to appear Truly, Truly Outrageous.
