Character idea Peppy the candy king

Peppy is a mage good for support. Would you help me with the lore please? This isn't professional but i need help please include a snake

His appearance is a Gummy bear with a peppermint crown with a candy cane staff. He is very happy. His passive is timeless sugar when he is killed if he survives for 5 seconds he will be healed if he survives another 5 nearby allies are healed. His Q is sugar rush nearby ally's gain a speed boost for 3 seconds His W is peppermint toss he tosses a peppermint that does 100/200/300/400/500 damage after the toss it will stay on the floor for 10 seconds if a ally gets it he/she will heal over 5 seconds and he will regain mana over 5 seconds If a enemy gets it he/she will be poison for 5 seconds. His E is Gum Stuck He blows a wad of gum stunning them for 3 seconds His ultimate is Gummy charge He summons 3 Gummy bears you can control them or they will attack the closest enemy.
