hi riot,do you know that even the highest prize of the skin of talon is only 975 rp and no special skill effect ! I highly recomment riot to make a legendary skin(1820rp) for talon.For the idea,I have watched some custom skins in youtube and i thought that some examples were suitable for talon ,such as PROJECT talon,electric talon....
