RIOT new champion idea

So riot you guys should add a new character that is an ability power scaling champ which should be called Mir who is a human that controls a DRAGON. So the p[layer model would be the guy with a dragon his q would be a skill shot that shoots a fireball that is a skill shot. The w should be like a boost where the dragon picks u up and u ride it but it wold be like a sejuani w that does dmg though if its a direct hit it stuns them. The e should be a buff that reduces damage by 30 percent for 5 seconds. Finally the ultimate would be the dragon does move that it call 2 other dragons and each of them would spit fire at a champ would do very mediocre dmg. The passive would be called Onyx Spirit which makes you 5% faster when your closer to enemy champs.
