Hextech Crafting Refun?

So we all know how each skin or champ we bought in the store with rp or ip was refundable for a max of 3 refunds per account right? I think this should be added to the hextech store i had received a skin shard that i really wanted a skin for and while dis enchanting some skin shards for the orange essence in order to do so and accidetnally while rushing to break my shards down broke down the one i wanted to enchant. Unfortuneately now the only way i can get it back is if im lucky enough to get it in another chest and odds are with all the skins around itll be pretty hard i think we should have 3 refund or undo kinda things like with the regular league store per account incase things like this happen
