New type of champion

Is there any chances that, Riot is in the making of a champion that uses apocalypse/infection style? For an exemple, a jungler parasyte or virus that has the ability to infect the map and all biomass/units on the map and use them as adicional support to kill and overun the enemy. Creating nests on the map, sponing infection form around the map and use them on his ultimate to attack the target.
If an enemy champion dies by combat or when an ally dies close to this champ they rise back again but as infected. I'm a great fan of this type of gameplay of overunning your oponent with numbers and infection.
